Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on the customer’s location and courier operations. All deliveries are handled by a local courier service.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement only, subject to availability.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
