Eligibility

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Products & Pricing

We sell perfumes only. All prices are displayed in AED. We make every effort to display product details accurately; however, slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

Orders & Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. The only exception is if the product is damaged during delivery or if an incorrect item is delivered. Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines depend on the courier service. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
